Love; Your Life

One thing I remember the most from my childhood is my passion for music. As time went by, that passion grew deeper. Now, I should say I am a hard core lover of music. She is the best companion I've got in my life. She assists me when I’m not in best of my mood and help me get back to normal; keep me lively most of the time, making me smile, laugh, excited…. and at times fill my eyes with tears. I spend hours listening to her and singing along, only because I love music more than myself. Likewise, my passion for cars is such that I spend so much of time with my car - driving, washing & keeping it clean, taking it for routine service check up etc. I enjoy doing all of this for a simple reason that I love em.

So coming to the point, in this fast paced world when we are ready to spend our valuable time mostly for non-life objects, why is that we are not able to spend time and share our love for someone who we care about or say those who love/understand us. Loving non-life may not be rewarded with the same love you express towards it instead; they just consume our money and time.

So why don’t you find time for your love and for those who love you and enjoy this life being in love and being loved???!!

Worrying Minds

I see a lot of people worried for a simple reason that they do not get enough support for the decisions they make in their life rather they are criticized. These days number of such people around my life is increasing. At times even I get worried for the same reason. And today, while talking to one such person, who was worried having made a small decision for a good cause, a thought came to my mind and I decided to share it here: 

"when 1000s blame your actions meant for good; don't worry..... they blame probably because you are different, not necessary because you are wrong."

Indian Team for World Cup 2011

Today the Indian Team of 15 for the World Cup 2011 was announced. I was really surprised for the inclusion of few in the team. I don't understand why performer like Sreesanth was left behind, whose performance was always a treasure for our cricket and helped us click a win from nowhere. Who would have expected a win for team India in the 2nd test which took place in SAF recently??

Sreesanth was in and out of the team for various reasons but always made sure he comes back and hit hard not at people who left him behind but instead at our opponents. I wonder how Munaf Patel got the chance in 1st 2 one dayers when Sreesanth was at his best. If Munaf Patel was to be selected why not drop a player who never was there in the picture Piyush Chawla and rather include our Arrogant Baby in the 15???!!!

If Dhoni wanted 3 seamers & 2 spinners in the playing 11, we have a place for 6 batsmen; and our ground men are good at providing batting pitches; that makes dhoni force to re-consider his playing level to 3 seamers, 1 spinner, 7 batsmen because we have 3 batsmen (yuvi, pathan, raina) who've got enough bowling skills.

Another scenario, if dhoni goes with 2 seamers... one get hit all around (just like what happened to manoj prabhakar in 1996 against SL) leaving only 1 seamer and half a dozen spinners to bowl at the opponents which makes it clear our playing 11 need to consist of 3 seamers, 7 batmen leave behind 1 place for specialist spinner. If dhoni can rest bhaji against matches with new teams and make ashwin take the responsibilty thus keeping our balance in tact.

So i dont understand the need for the 3rd spinner in the team of 15. It would have been a spot for a seamer and that would have been Sreesanth, who should have been considered ahead of Nehra, where seamers need more backup than the specialist spinners in the team.

And Dhoni, you don't have a backup; and its high time you realize that you are not performing since Sachin scored a double ton. That day i saw you hit sixers all around the ground. Its always your team of 10 who been performing and you just been lucky to be their captain. Try proving otherwise, atleast for once, its been sometime i saw you performing.

I poured out these words because 2 of my favourites among the PERFORMING / IN FORM players were dropped from the team of 15 - Rohit Sharma & Sreesanth not only that, a player who was not even seen in the playing 11 for long time was considered. I didn't mention about Sharma because i feel he was just unlucky this time to be there with Sachin (batsmen were selected as expected).

With all these said I wish all the best to our Indian Team for World Cup 2011.

Blogging as a Beginner....

I have so much in my mind to deliver in this space but none of it seems to get my own appreciation to post here. I appreciate all here in this blog world who really manage to pour their mind into beautiful words and it is not only the expressive words which does the magic but also the emotions which are imparted.

Sometimes I feel that I’m a bit futile, but there is some positive energy within which keeps me comfortable and helps me overcome such vain thoughts. The only way to subdue such a feel is through toilsome effort, which will surely take me to the next level.

It is merely a matter of time…. cheers to me!!!!

Happy New Year

This is THE DAY when people come up with resolutions for the year, and for me this is the day when I don't make any regular resolutions. It is not because I have some issue with resolution making, it is only because I decided that on the new year day there should not be any sort of divergence with the rest 364 days of the year.

Today I woke up around 9; to be specific 0900hrs, bit late than rest of the year I should say... come on I may not make resolutions but that doesn't mean I lie on the new year day. These days i'm specific that the first thing to do on a routine is to switch on my computer and log in to twitter. Nothing great for me there... instead it just became a routine, like sun rise in the east and sets at west.... and I always wonder why it did not commence from north to south. Switching on my computer is soon followed by my mom shouting at me... thank god, sun is so lucky, he is enjoying the same routine and no one is bothered to shout at him. Now back to routine stuff.... in between I finished the routine including the breakfast and the quota of 2 cup of coffee. Rest of the day I did nothing great to mention it here; so all this means, except from thought of Resolution, the new year day remains the same as other days of the year.
